WTB inherent -1 Energy Regen Sword/Axe

NOTE: Inherent means not from Zealous Mod, -1energy regen is a negative condition for damage+% Must have a requirement of 8 or 9. Damage modifer must be damage+15%, with -1 energy regen. I don't care if its a Sword or Axe, Sword preferred though. Nicer skin prepared, but whatever. Really dont care about mods since I have my own to put on it.
